Terms of Use

1. This Site includes a tool that allows you to search for and locate selected new JAGUAR LAND ROVER CYPRUS (CYPRUS PREMIUM AUTOMOBILES) vehicles that are available for purchase from JLR Cyprus based on your search criteria (the "New Car Stock Locator").

2. The display of vehicles and search results through the New Car Stock Locator, and your use of this tool to select a vehicle and/or make an enquiry: a) does not create a contract or other binding obligation between you and JLR Cyprus; and b) is not a vehicle order or an offer capable of acceptance.

3. The vehicles displayed on the New Car Stock Locator are not updated in real time and therefore it is possible that they may have already been sold by JLR Cyprus or otherwise be unavailable (even if you are able to reserve them on the New Car Stock Locator). In this instance, JLR Cyprus will respond to your enquiry accordingly, making you aware of alternative vehicles they have available.

4. The sale agreement for any vehicle listed by the New Car Stock Locator is not concluded on the Site and you will need to visit the applicable JLR Cyprus to make your purchase. The purchase process will start when you visit the applicable JLR retailer in the same way it would if purchasing a vehicle in person from a retailer's showroom. A JLR Cyprus representative will provide and discuss with you the terms and conditions relating to your purchase of the vehicle.

5. If you decide to purchase the vehicle, the agreement for the purchase will be between you and JLR Cyprus.

6. A reservation through the New Car Stock Locator is not a vehicle order. The reservation option provides you with an opportunity to have a vehicle set aside by JLR Cyprus for 5 days, once JLR Cyprus has confirmed that that vehicle is still available. To complete your reservation you will need to pay €1000 as a Reservation Fee via the Platform.

7. Once you have completed the reservation process within the New Car Stock Locator, you will receive an email to confirm that your request has been passed to JLR Cyprus. JLR Cyprus representative will contact you by email or telephone to confirm if the vehicle you requested is still available and to set up an appointment for ordering the vehicle.

8. You can reserve a maximum of one vehicle through the New Car Search Tool at any time.

9. Your reservation is not a commitment to purchase. The pre-authorisation will be cancelled regardless of your decision to order the vehicle from JLR Cyprus.

10. If you reserve a vehicle already sold by JLR Cyprus or which is otherwise not available, JLR Cyprus will contact you by email or telephone to make you aware and offer alternative available vehicles.

11. As part of the ordering process, it is exclusively up to JLR Cyprus to provide you with all the pre-contractual information about the vehicle and then if applicable to agree to all the terms and conditions of the vehicle order including the price and delivery date. The vehicle sales contract is directly between you and the JLR Cyprus. Please address any queries or issues to JLR Cyprus.

12. You must order a vehicle which you have successfully reserved from JLR Cyprus within 5 days of the reservation.

13. Prices displayed through the New Car Stock Locator are the manufacturer's recommended 'retail price' and do not include any retailer offers, discounts, allowances, trade-in values or delivery values. Prices, specification and other vehicle information are subject to change without notice and may therefore differ at the time of order from the prices and other vehicle information displayed in the New Car Stock Locator. A large number of vehicles are listed within the New Car Stock Locator and it is always possible, despite our efforts, that some vehicles may be incorrectly priced, described or pictured within this tool or may be or become unavailable. Always speak to JLR Cyprus to confirm the most up to date availability, price, specification and other vehicle information before placing your order.

14. By paying the Reservation Fee, you agree to be bound by the Terms. In return, during the Reservation Period, you have an exclusive right to consider the purchase of the vehicle. However, if you wish to proceed to purchase the vehicle it will be necessary for you to enter a separate contract for sale with JLR Cyprus. Neither payment of the Reservation Fee, nor reservation of the vehicle in any way implies a contract for sale/purchase of the vehicle, nor does it constitute on acceptance of an offer to sell the vehicle.

15. We shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Terms.

16. Our total liability to you in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the Reservation Fee.
